Incredible Horror Robs Families of an Expensive Costly Terror Vacation!

Maryland woman beaten, raped in Vieques
Apr 2, 2012

Police on Vieques are searching for the man who beat and raped a Maryland woman vacationing on the Puerto Rican island.

Police Lt. Luis Martinez said Sunday the woman from Baltimore was hospitalized because of blows she received to her head. Investigators say her attacker apparently hit her with a rock or other blunt object.

One of her friends found her unconscious Saturday afternoon on a beach trail. She was flown to a hospital in a suburb of Puerto Rico's capital.

Neurosurgeon Rafael Rodriguez tells El Nuevo Dia newspaper that the woman is now stable and alert.

The woman had been on the island with two friends since March 24. Vieques depends on tourism.

There have been no arrests. Supporting continued police corruption on this tiny Tourist Trap.

The blow to the left side of her head was so powerful that it caused injury to the right side, not from a fall, but from the contusion itself, requiring emergency surgery. That is horrible enough. Worse is the possibility that she was raped, for no crime short of murder is more heinous.

But beyond that lies another horror: the woman may have been the third victim of a serial rapist, whose two prior attacks were hushed up.

We just received this e-mail from a woman tourist who escaped free from the Vieques Serial Rapist! Read Below:

" Concerning the serial rapist on Vieques. It sounds like I am the only one, or one of the only, that got away. I tried to press charges, believe me. I had no idea there was any other attacks until this morning when an internal affairs person contacted me."

" On Sunday , ( 2 weeks prior to submission) , sailed into the little harbor of Isabell, Vieques, for lunch. Lots of people around, ferries coming and going ,tied our Dinghy to town dock with a quarter inch cable with padlock. Returning hour later around 1:30pm, dinghy had been stolen, cable cut with bolt cutters . Police were indifferent.

Never again will I venture into this town of Esperanza! Locals TRICK YOU! You gain confidence in them. A false sense of truth and trust. (Victim here on vacation) So Crazy and.. Trusting so leave boat unattended. They promise to watch for a tip. But no! Stolen!

Never again will I venture into this town or Esperanza."

" I'm a young woman who was traveling (2008-2010) to the what was ultra-chic Vieques, the NY Times and credited, luxury magazines have all anointed Vieques as the next IT place to vacation. They do NOT tell the truth.

I came here several times alone, naively sharing my story with seemingly friendly locals who just wanted to chat and pass the time. I quickly made friends with locals and other americans. I became involved with a man who "moved" to Vieques to "change his life". My involvement with him lead to discovering a strong network of satanic (santeria)/ritualistic torture and murder going on. Much of it used to cover drug-smuggling/selling etc.

The local government, and some residents, ex-pats included, are partaking as well. I felt compelled to share because people do not realize what is going on in Vieques. No one talks about it, for fear. Those who know, are silenced/placated with money, drugs etc. Drug and alcohol abuse are rampant there because of boredom and it's depressing.

Locals there prey on visiting, partying Americans and I was warned many times against "mickey's" in my drink. During my time visiting and meeting many friendly people, I was told local stories about smuggling from St.Croix, people finding drug shipments washed up on shore, taking it home with intent to sell, then being hunted down and killed.

There are stories about mysterious deaths: decapitations, dismembered bodies found in poor drug ridden areas. Again, drugs are RAMPANT in Vieques, from recreational to crack.

There are also many fugitives who've fled the US on charges. It's a local secret, but I've met and made friend's with a few people who cannot "go back" to the US. They are hiding out. Most of them are selling drugs there. It's my wish that more people are aware of what happens here, although a beautiful place, it's cut-off from regulation, the perfect breeding ground for varying degrees of corruption."

" IT IS VERY SCARY AND DANGEROUS Here In Vieques NOW! Two of my houseguests were held up at gunpoint last week & so returned home to the states immediately! (a month earlier than planned). They will be telling everyone they know about their awful and terrifying experience." (by, Amanda Myers) 9/11

"These melees have scared off the tourists this year- like never before. People are not coming here anymore. Too many accounts of Americans being terrorized, robbed and rapes and murders. Some serious ones, of many, go unannounced in the press." - June 21, 2011 (by,anonymous)

$50M drugs seized on Vieques-Fajardo Ferry. Vieques fishing family Busted!

We send info to the FBI. Have a tip? E-mail Us.

Local and federal authorities seized a load of cocaine with an estimated street value as high as $50 million as smugglers tried to bring it in to Fajardo on a passenger-cargo ferry from Vieques.

Three suspected smugglers, all adult male residents of Vieques, were arrested.

The 560-kilogram (12,320 pound) load was split between a Dodge Durango truck and Ford Econoline van that had been driven on to the El Isleño ferry in Vieques for a Monday night crossing to Fajardo.

Agents from the Police Department’s United Forces for Rapid Action (FURA by its Spanish acronym) and federal Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) were waiting at the Fajardo dock.

The Durango was quickly seized and its driver arrested. The driver of the Ford sped off the ferry, but was detained after a short chase.

Police Superintendent José Figueroa Sancha said Tuesday that the seizure was part of an investigation with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security into suspected drug trafficking between the main island of Puerto Rico and the much smaller Vieques. Traffickers have been known to use Puerto Rico to reach the U.S. mainland.

  CAPTAINS NOTICE: BOATERS ALERT
BOATERS TESTIMONY IS UNSETTLING FOR A SAFE PASSAGE THROUGH VIEQUES WATERS

" We then headed to Green Beach at the west end of Vieques. When we sailed in at about 4-5 pm when I noticed two fisherman out netting in an inflatable. They would paddle around and drag their nets behind. I kept an eye on them and expected them to load up their inflatable in their truck around dark but when they kept moving around after dark I kept a very close eye on them. At around 10 pm they were a long distance from the boat, probably 500-1000 feet away. Every 15 minutes or so we would shine a light on them so they knew we were watching them. All of a sudden they were 30' off the boat and both men were paddling like crazy, with no nets behind and it was obvious they were coming over. We immediately blinded them with a 15 million candle power light but when they would not stop I instructed our Spanish speaking guest to inform them in Spanish that we had weapons on board and if they did not stop now we would take action to defend our boat and people. This was what brought them to a halt and they headed back to shore and loaded their inflatable into their truck and left." ( by, anonymous)
